The BSU E-Learning and Problem Based Learning Project (E-L & PBL) is a part of the Building Stronger Universities (BSU) program supported by the Danish International Development Agency (Danida).

During the period Sept. 2013 – Dec. 2015 the project will strengthen institutional capacities in e-learning and in problem based learning at BSU partner universities in Ghana and Tanzania.

Project Output

Organisation and management of the project across 3 universities in DK and 8 Universities in Ghana and Tanzania.
Mapping: Overview of existing policies, strategies, capacities, resources, experiences and needs in the areas of E-L and PBL at South partner universities established
Specialists: Group of ICT and pedagogical specialists in E-L and PBL at South partner institutions trained to train their peers.
Teachers and courses: Number of courses within identified areas of relevance (re-) designed to include E-L and/or PBL implemented by staff at South partner universities.
Networks: Networks of collaboration and exchange of knowledge on E-L and PBL pedagogy established among partner universities
Strategies: Overall strategic plans on E-L and PBL supported at South partner universities.
Documentation: E-L and PBL experiences are documented with the aim to inform future related activities
